Managing browser notifications
We have launched the Browser Notifications. This allows you to see a notification directly on your Browser, when a new message is received in the Roomgo mailbox.
The first time you will go into your Roomgo mailbox, you will see a popup asking you if you wish to allow this notification on your device.
To opt-in
- Go to your Messages section
- A popup will appear at the top of the screen, click YES PLEASE
- Then, click Allow
- The notifications are now activated, they will appear on the right side of the screen.
If the popup does not appear on your screen, you can activate the notifications manually.
- From your Messages section
- Click on the Secure button, at the top of the screen, in the Search bar
- On the Notifications line, click the little arrow
- Select Always Allow on this site
- Refresh the page
To opt-out
- Go to your Messages section
- Click on Secure in the Search bar, at the top of the screen
- On the Notifications line, click the little arrow
- Then select Always block on this site
- Refresh the page
